Lisa & Trevor welcome you to their unique mountain B&B poised in the hills overlooking Okanagan Lake with an expansive view towards the City of Kelowna. Enjoy a relaxing stay on the property which includes an outdoor pool, beautifully landscaped garden and teahouse with outdoor dining. Hiking trails are immediately nearby; the Rose Valley Regional Park provides a network of trails waiting to be explored.

The Grey Room is modern and spacious, with its own en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and spa tub, comfortable queen size bed with luxurious linens and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Wake up to beautiful lake and city views and then enjoy a delicious homemade breakfast served each morning during your stay. Enjoy an afternoon cup of tea or espresso from the comfort of your private kitchenette. Or before you head out for the ultimate dining experience, savour a glass of wine in front of the fireplace from your own living room. Traveling with friends or children, the suite also features a sofa that easily converts into a queen-size bed.

Relaxing getaway

Beautiful spot in the Okanagan to recharge. The unit was lovely, as the photos accurately show, and Trevor was a wonderful host.

It was such a great place for a little getaway. The location is convenient and has such a beautiful view and the host are super accommodating. The pool area is really clean and there’s 3 places to enjoy the view (pool, patio area, and a swinging chair). Breakfast is really good as well and there’s absolutely no complaints!

Beautiful gardens and setting, friendly host, excellent homemade breakfasts with local ingredients, great access to hiking, birding from B&B. Nice being on west side of the lake close to Bear Creek and Fintry Prov parks.

Stunning property, with amazing views from the expansive balconies and garden, which also doesn't appear to have backyard neighbors looking down on the property. Its incredibly private. The breakfasts in the mornings were delicious and even better, served with a smile. Trevor was a great host who was very informative and responsive. I would recommend this incredible B&B to anyone!
