No Sleep, Poor Management

There were kids running and screaming through the hallways and stairs at all hours. Management did nothing and even stationed a public game computer 20' from guest rooms. This would be a nice hotel if it had proactive management that insured the peaceful enjoyment of guest rooms. Oh, I forgot to mention the barking dog in the room across from us. Total nightmare.

The management and staff went out of their way to help and were very friendly. Breakfast was set up very well. View from mountain side was outstanding overlooking golf course. Loved the balcony. Huge TV.comfy beds

Clean and very tidy rooms, pool and water slide were a huge hit with kids. Breakfast selections were good. Mattresses and pillows need updating they were definitely at the end of there lives. Overall good experince and would go back

The only complaint we have is the pool was cold. The kids were freezing. Everything else was spectacular. The staff were amazing! Definitely will be returning.
