Amazing 3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms home with PRIVATE HOT TUB!!!

This space is perfect for a long weekend getaway or a long-term stay in the SLC area (it’s about 15 minutes from the SLC airport and 15-20 minutes outside of downtown SLC). It includes the full house (minus the basement apartment), parking in the 2-car garage, and the fully fenced backyard with YOUR OWN PRIVATE HOT TUB.

It has self-check-in option for your privacy.

The space is the upstairs three bedrooms with a large family room, large loft with game table and activities, and the kitchen is well-stocked with the necessities (dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots and pans, a blender, salt, pepper, and oil).
Full sized washer and dryer is included.
One bedroom has 1 king bed and a portable crib with an attached full bathroom. Another bedroom has a set of 3 single bunk bed and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second full bathroom enters from the main hallway.
The loft has two full-sized sofa beds.
The loft/second living room, living room, and master bedroom all have brand new smart TVs so you can access your streaming accounts.
Children's toys, games, puzzles, and books are provided in the loft closet to help keep those little hands and minds entertained :)
You will have full access to the fully fenced, grassy back yard with your own private hot tub on the deck.

Guest access:
As for parking, please only park in the 2-car garage or in front of the garage. Allow room for the basement renters to access the west driveway. The house is located at the beginning of a narrow cult de sac and doesn't allow for good street parking. Please only park in the driveway or in the garage. You will be contacted to move any vehicles that are parked on the street.

Other things to note:
This bright and Cozy home is located in perfect spot of West Jordan. It is in walking distance to the grocery store, fast food, dinning & (Trax) the light rail public transit. Easy access to the major freeways and highways is also a plus.

It is only 24 minutes to the base of the canyons for skiing at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, & Solitude.

Also, the basement apartment is a separate rental, and they will be parking on the west side of the house.

Please note that even with the space being exclusively yours you may at times hear basement noise.

The home is well-stocked but if I have forgotten anything, or you have forgotten to bring something during your stay, let us know so that we can help make your stay more comfortable!

Quick stay for a wedding

This property is well maintained, checkin/out was super easy. Really loved sitting in the back porch and taking in the lilac scent from the tree next to the back door. It was a relaxing time for all of us.

Nice Place

The house was pretty comfortable for us. Master bedroom and Queen bedroom excellent. Kitchen well stocked. Communication with owner was great. The twin bed had a hard mattress and son had difficulties sleeping, especially when baby in apartment below was crying in early hours.

Home base for ski trip

Heather's place was a fun choice for our family ski vacation. The home was very clean and comfortable, exactly as described and shown in the listing, with a well-stocked kitchen that worked great for meals. We had a relaxing stay, especially enjoying the private hot tub and access to ski areas via car or park-and-ride bus service. Garage parking was a plus, especially when snowing or wet outside, and Heather was extremely responsive and helpful with questions.

A Memorable Thanksgiving Stay

We celebrated Thanksgiving here and will always remember this stay fondly. The kitchen was well furnished to prepare our special dinner, and when we realized we needed some fresh produce a quick trip to Smith’s grocery store only a few blocks away solved everything. We also went downtown to see the sights and shop. How convenient that we could walk to the TRAX station and ride the train to City Creek! No parking worries, no traffic hassles. We slept in comfort thanks to luxurious high end mattresses and bedding. We were able to park in the garage, so no scraping frost from the windshield in the morning! Not many VRBO properties let you do that! Thank you for everything!

Great location, warm home, clean and accommodating!

Stayed at Heathers place for 5 days and really enjoyed it. Heather runs a tight ship so the house was tidy, had tons of clean towels, plenty of gathering space, TVs and Internet worked well, yard was amazing & beautiful, and the hot tub was just a BONUS. Location was perfect for our trip, close to the medical center, close to gyms, and close to shopping. Daybreak was a short drive away and a gorgeous place to take a walk or grab a bite to eat. There is some noise from consistent stream of public transit across street (from backyard), but it didnt bother us at all, became grey noise. Heather made this place very homey and warm, we would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Nice clean place in a relatively quiet neighnorhood.

Clean house wonderful host. We ran out of a couple supplies and she brought some over. Lots of road noise during the day but at night it dies right down. Hot tub was great we used it every night to wind down after wedding stresses. Thanks for having us.

Ski Trip

3 Bedrooms with a Hot tub, an absolute must after a day of skiing. Beds where comfortable. Property as advertised. Was a bit of a drive to ski resorts, but we did all 6 on Ikon so would have been driving anyway. Very clean and comfortable. Garage was nice to have to keep car out of the snow we had while there. Would stay again. Grocery right up the road. Everything needed was close by.

Fantastic Ski Trip Stay

Friends and I stayed for a week at this wonderful home to ski different resorts in the area. The floor plan ensured everyone had their own space as needed through the week and able to relax in their own way. The hot tub was quite the boon for our group after the days of physical activity. The house was clean and well equipped with extra bedding and kitchen items needed to cook. A grocery store was within a 2-3 minute drive. It was only a 25 minute drive from SLC city center and 45 min to 1 hour (traffic based) to Brighton, Solitude, or Snowbird resorts. I would absolutely consider staying here again.

Comfy space for a few days at Snowbird

Heather's place was a great launching point for a couple days of skiing. The hot tub was a nice treat to come back to. House was clean and well equipped. Heather was a great communicator and a pleasure to rent from - she went out of her way to bring in a package for us. There is a renter in the basement, but they were never seen or heard (there is a notice during the booking process). We would definitely stay here again.
