This newly built home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 separate living areas to spread out and relax. An open concept main level allows for easy sight lines to the living area and backyard. The home is family friendly with a full-size crib in the main bedroom, booster seats, kids dishes and even some toys. There are 2 additional bedrooms and a family room in the lower level with a sofa sleeper for larger groups. A washer and dryer in the home gives your group the chance to stay on top of the laundry or pack a little lighter while traveling. The quiet, residential neighborhood offers miles of walking paths and multiple parks. A large playground area is located just a block away from the home. Easy access to to major roads in the area make getting around town a breeze. Major attractions such as Scheel's Arena, Sanford Medical Center, The Lights, and The Pines Venue are less than 15 minutes away. Stayed in this lovely home to attend our granddaughter's wedding. Nice neighborhood. Once we were acquainted with the area, travel was easy. We lived in West Fargo 50 years ago. Can't believe how it has changed! Rachel's Retreat worked well for my husband and me and one of my brother's and his wife for the long week end. The steps were a little difficult for me. The home is well planned and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend it to families, but not to anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

The property was clean, quiet and well kept. It was in a nice neighborhood with a nice playground nearby. There were nice appliances and enough cookware to prepare meals. The mattress was very comfortable and we had no problems sleeping.

Comfortable and convenient stay

This property was the perfect place for our family gathering to watch our nephew play hockey and relax together. It looks brand new and was very clean and extremely comfortable! It had everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out. Lauren was very responsive and accommodating when we had a special request.I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

We rented this house for us to stay for our daughter’s wedding. It was a close 8 or so miles to The Pines. Also close enough to Fargo and surrounding areas for restaurants, groceries,etc. Home was spacious, lovely and immaculate, located in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive. Will most definitely stay here again.

New comfy home

Girls weekend!! This home is new and comfy. We got a code to the front door and we all trickled in from out of town. There are enough beds for all of us to have our own space. We spent the days outside of the home and the evenings just visiting so we did not utilize all the extras the house offers such as the TVs, toys and dishes. We plan to book this house again for future girls weekends. It is so much better than craming into a hotel.

Beautiful home, wonderful experience

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable home. Lauren was responsive to our questions and gracious in understanding our extra guests due to the weather and family being stranded. I would definitely recommend renting this home. It was well stocked with all the necessities, beds were comfortable, and the home felt like home away from home!
