Beautiful place to stay

The big bear lodge is a pretty great place to stay owners are super nice everything was clean each room has its own setup with different styles breakfast was great, the only thing is if you want snacks or drinks they do not have vending machines or ice machine so bring a cooler with you and snack other than that a super great place to stay !!!!

An old style inn that has a charm and comfort that makes it a great ski vacation accommodation for a couple. The owners were lovely and its conveniently located to the town.

My family stayed in a room with a queen and bunk beds. Mattresses were very uncomfortable; not enough pillows. There was no continental breakfast and breakfast options were sparse/small portions. Good view, ample parking.

The owners were welcoming and lovely. The breakfast was home cooked to order. Slightly disappointed the hot tub was out of order during our stay. Will return, the location is perfect if you are skiing at Mount Snow!

The property is well taken care of, rooms nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The area has many options for tasty food and although a bit expensive for what and where they are, still a lot more reasonable than the food at Mt Snow ($10 pizza slices, really! Bring your lunches). My suggestions for the property: add electric outlets in the room (we all have phones, tablets and laptops) and towel racks in the bathroom (lots of ski gear to hang dry).
