Boasting 4 flexible bedrooms, sleeping up to 12, there's abundant open space for gatherings. Enjoy a stunning fireplace, chef's kitchen, and grand entertainer's loft. Outdoors, discover a BBQ, pizza oven, and abundant vista of wildlife like wombats, deer, kangaroos & resident peacocks. Just 10 minutes to Moss Vale and Exeter, and a short drive to fabulous vineyards and restaurants. Please note that two resident peacocks roam freely around the property. They are part of the natural charm of the place and are used to guests, but may occasionally make some noise. Please note the property is located on an unsealed dirt road and is best suited for 4WD vehicles.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave, and housekeeping is provided on request.
