They charged me twice for a $50 fee, they canceled my reservation when I asked to stay an extra night. The hot tub was cold, the refrigerator smelled disgusting. Most of the lamps didn't work, the bathroom fans were loud, the walls were paper thin. I got woke up by guests in the next room at 0530 on 24 Dec 25 yelling at each other for hours. The hair dryer was broken, the padding underneath the top sheet had blood on it, the housekeepers never cleaned my rom, and the handle to the shower broke off an hour before I left the hotel. I asked the hotel clerk if I could sit and wait for my cab. because he said it would be an hto an hour and a half wait. She said yes. 5 minutes before my cab arrived, the manager walks over and is very rude to me. I said, "I'm just waiting for my cab to get here. He said it would be an hour to an hour and a half late." 'You be here to long. You need to leave.' I said,"I'm definitely not staying here again." That place is outdated and is in dire need of an elevator.

The room was clean and the bed was sooo soft. Best bed I have ever had in a hotel! Front desk ladies we super nice. Breakfast was ok, they ran out of waffle batter but that was the only downside.

Breakfast was nice, the fruit a little lacking, the oranges were past their prime. Wenatchee area and NO APPLES? Hot tub was nice, first filling of the tub, the jets blew out gunk and had to drain and refill the tub. One of the lamps has seen better days, the lamp shade had holes and not an aesthetic kind, either. THE STAFF ARE SUPERB!!

Property was kept well overall. The poor facility is not very clean, perhaps because of old filtration system there was a lot of black stuff in the pool. The hot tub was also lukewarm, required long time before it heats up to decent temperature (requires staff to turn on heater manually). Gym is small with minimal machines. Some were out of order. Not accessibility friendly. No automatic doors, no elevators. Stairs only. Room service was great. Things were kept clean and their breakfast variety is decent. Air quality in the building was good considering heavy smoke outside.
