The rooms had not been deep cleaned in a long time, massive build-up of dust and dirt in many corners and around showers etc. It appears the cleaners are not given enough time to actually make sure rooms are clean. Was told they had 1 cleaner on for 20 rooms. The first room I had smelled damp and was not pleasant to be in. The hotel did rectify this for the next two nights with a room change. Breakfast is only available from 8.30 which is way too late for most business travellers and reception only manned from 8am till 6pm. Receipts are not forthcoming and you have to chase to get them. Again, not great for the business traveller.
