I specifically opted for the option to "reserve now and pay later" offered by Expedia. This option actually increases the room rate by a few dollars but I was okay with paying a little more and then the hotel staff runs my card anyways regardless if my expedia reservation and the excuse given was, "well, we are really busy and we have to guarantee the room" the hold was on my debit card for 7 days, even though I paid the room in full and gave a different card for incidentals. Terrible customer service and the attitude when you explain the expedia iffer ti pay when you arrive. Will bever stay there again.
