There was peeling paint on all walls. The toilet seat was up and dried urine on the toilet rim on check in. There was woodrot on the window and the sill was completely unattached. The carpet near the bedside was sticky and gross. No hair dryer. The smoke alarm outside the bathroom went off after I was in the shower for less than a minute, with door just slightly ajar. Pros: The bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. Breakfast was mediocre.

My impression after a 6 day stay.

This hotel is quiet and conveniently located. It is also old and shows wear and tear. One day there was garbage left by room doors for hours, and the hallway wasn't swept for what seemed like days. Clerks at the front desk were very polite. I was lucky to only have to stay at the hotel in the evenings.

The property is dated and though the bed and counters were clean, the rest of the room could have used a deep clean. Curtains were stained, as was the carpet. The walls were scarred, stained and the grout in the bath area was really rough. I think I will question staying at any more Best Western hotels.

Our stay was quiet. It is an older hotel, so the rooms reflect some wear and tear. For example: the outlet by the sink was so loose it was a hit or miss to get the hair dryer to work. Check that right away in your room before you unload everything. We found a way to make it work. Breakfast food was fresh, very heavy on carbs. This hotel has a great location so we use it often when visiting family. Fingers crossed someday they remodel.

Room had bugs. Room was uostairs at the bacj of the property. View was terrible. Ice machine on the second floor was not working. Hot tub was not clean. Refrigerator would not get cold.
