Shady Grove Cottage -Natural Setting In Town

Our cute modern cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood a short walk to downtown Weaverville and a 12 minute drive to Asheville. This brand new cottage boasts a rare combination of a natural mountain settings with walking access to charming downtown Weaverville. Take a dip in the private hot tub, or take a walk through the Main Street Nature Park which leads you to amazing art galleries, and incredible eating and drinking options . A truly wonderful setting of both town and country.
The space
This cottage was built in 2020 and is newly furnished. It boasts a hot tub, new appliances, extra linens, wifi and smart tv in the main room as well as in the bedroom. Large windows offer nice views and plenty of sunshine.

Guests have the whole small house and hot tub to themselves.

We have 3 guest cottages on the property that look similar. Your house numbers are on the stair railing. The neighborhood is a mix of private residences and guest cottages. These cottages were built by me with love and care!
