Very well furnished and decorated. Beautifully landscaped yard. 2 stone gas fireplaces. Comfortable premium bedding. Televisions in each bedroom and in the family room. Cable TV, high speed wireless internet. Covered front porch. Gas Grill, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Central Heat & Air, Garage, Covered Porch. New gas fire pit!!
1st Floor: 2 Master Bedrooms one with a California King size Bed and the other with a King size Bed, 1st Master Bedroom with Full Bath, Laundry Room, 2nd Master Bedroom with Full Bath, 3rd bedroom with a King size Bed and a full bath. Fourth Bedroom with a Queen size Bed and a full bath. Living Room, (gas Fireplace), Dining Room, Family Room, (gas fireplace) and Kitchen.
Owners Hurricane Evacuation Rights and No Smoking Addendum is required to be signed along with the Vacation Rental Contract.
