The room and staff were nice. I did hear the TV in the next room at night a bit. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. They need to stop using plastic utensils and cups (for the juice). Paper cups would work and there are non plastic utensils.

Very Nice ! - Holiday Inn Express, Waynesboro

Our one night stay was a good experience. Hotel was in a location we needed. It was clean, comfortable and check-in was quick with great staff.

We were there for 4 days and had no housekeeping. They never came by to take the trash out or provide towels. Everything else was excellent except I wish that we had a seen a housekeeper at least.

Great room, Subpar breakfast

The desk clerk was very hospitable. He was theonly one working when we arrived around 4 pm. He was helping multiple people at once and answeringnthe desk phone. He apologized multpile times and i told him not tonworry that i completly understood his situation. The room was clean and comfortable and had a larger television than most hotels with the ability to cast your phone to it. My only two complaints are that we were on the 4th floor and the room above us was holding a track meet between 9pm and 10pm ( or at least thats what it sounded like. I know thats not the hotels fault.) And the breakfast was very subpar. They ran out of multiple items within the first hour it was open and there where many other guests that were not happy. But, i still give it a 4-star due to the comfort of the room itself and the extordinary gentleman at the front desk.

Nice, clean accommodations

A little regrettable that I booked two rooms at the same time, and included a request that we have adjacent rooms, and they put us on separate floors. They said the note was missed because I booked through Hotels.com. Otherwise the place was great -- very comfortable and very, very CLEAN. One tiny complaint about the accommodations: the bath towels are too small. Please provide something a little larger!
