Loon Lake House promises for a unique guest experience with reclaimed hardwood floors, fresh well water, plenty of land to roam free, dusk-to-dawn outdoor lighting, security system, Wifi, electric and oil heat, A/C, a wood burning stove, lake view/ access, clothes washer & dryer. The 3 upstairs bedrooms have spacious closets with hangers, bureaus, mirrors, nightstands, down-alternative bedding/ pillows and 2 full-sized air mattresses with extra linen. The 2 upstairs bathrooms (one attached to the Master bedroom) have fluffy bath sheets, hand towels, face cloths, shelf space, hairdryers. Downstairs offers an open family room (2 small couches, 2 reading chairs, flatscreen TV, lots of books, wood burning stove) with access to private back yard (outdoor fire pit) and access to separate downstairs basement (laundry).
