First of all the hotel is out dated, the moment you step in it reeks of cigarette smoke and weed through out the halls. The mattresses were so uncomfortable it feels like your sleeping in a rock, the pull out couch was not any better, you could feel the springs poke into your back. Worst of all is the bathroom had mold all over the walls and ceilings and you can tell it’s never properly cleaned because you can literally smell the dirt as you enter the room plus other odors that I could not distinguish but it reeked!

Staff was amazing. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. Our only issue seemed to be with our bathroom. The sink was super hot with no cold water and the shower was cool with not hot water. We alerted the staff about it upon checkout. Other than that the stay was great!

The shower was weird but OK. The TV would only show local news and the cooking show. The wall AC control displayed "Needs batteries". The below-window AC unit could barely heat the room up to 72F the first night. And the AC made squeeks during the night. (Maybe as a motor started and stopped?) The coffee maker was positioned under the microwave oven, where it could not be filled with water. The 2nd night was better. The breakfast was very good. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk clerks tried to help.

There was a huge water leak where they had to turn off the water, which i understand is not their fault, but they could have called the guest rooms and let them know what was going on. Then when we called regarding there was no water, the front desk lady was not kind or professional at all. We asked if she had an idea of how long it would take to turn it back she responded with “I don’t even know”. We stayed for 4 nights and even though I requested rooms service to clean the room daily, they never came until I went to the front desk to complain. I called the front desk on our first night and asked for an extra blanket. The rude front desk lady responds with “You gone have to come get it.” When I replied “Oh ok there’s no one to bring it” she responds with “yeah we ain’t got no one so if you want it you gone have to get it yourself”. There was an Indian lady at the front desk on our last day and she was very sweet and kind and professional.
