Old building which is fine but very noisy uncomfortable bed. Fridge very noisy also. Room door let in tons of light from the hallway resulting in very little sleep overall.

Bad. Wouldn’t stay there.

It was so bad we didn’t stay there. It should have been 0 stars if I could select 0, I would have. They kept 50% of my booking, which they shouldn’t have. We got a room across the street at The Outdoorsman. I only saw 1 car stay there, so they had plenty of vacancy. Hotels.com should be ashamed they’re even on your site. First they charged me $25 for a Service Dog. Not in accordance with People with Disabilities Act. No other hotel did this. Then the room was so small you could hardly move around the bed, very old and smelled. We went right back to the desk and said we wanted a refund and weren’t staying there.

It was unique that I was provided my room access by phone. I did not see any staff neither upon check-in nor check-out. It was inconvenient taking my luggage to the second floor as I am mobility impaired
