Thought I was going to have a nice staycation

Rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable. Shower was amazing, but as far as the rest starting with check in, there was a gentleman who checked us in and did not seem very thrilled or anything and seemed bothered every time I asked a question. We obviously went for the pool area, and that was atrocious. The children act like they have no manners and running rancid and the parents and adults arnt any better and act just as bad and wild as the children. Not supposed to dive or jump in doing it nonstop supposed to be sixteen or older in the hot tub, and I couldn't even get in there and relax because the children had overtaken that area as well same with the sauna and the other pool. Then yeah, they put signs up for quite a time but people yet again dont follow directions or rules, super loud late at night and early morning. Try to sleep but hear kids running around upstairs above your head. I definitely won't be staying there again. I'd rather go to Splash lagoon and the hotels affiliated with them, and it would still be a lot quieter and respectful and etc. If you let your kids run wild and you act wild like them, that is definitely a place for you. I understand it's a family place, but there's no code of manners or anything there and just a little advice you're better off using the stairs, because the children press every little button and you end up in the elevator for ever or it don't ever come. Oh, and one last thing housekeeping comes before they're supposed to.

First of all, Kim at reception is fantastic. The hotel sits off I-90 and close to the main road into town with lots of noise, especially with the obnoxious locals with no exhaust accelerating up the hill. The area is depressed with the exception of the family restaurant which is the only immediate local eatery. There are other eateries "in town" which the front desk has flyer. Bring your bathing suit if you want to get wet. Breakfast was terrible. Most items were over-cooked.

Todo lo que se dice el cuarto, el baño, el gym, el sauna, la piscina pequeña estuvieron muy bien!todo muy limpio y moderno. La piscina grande necesita mantenimiento. Aunque mis hijos como quiera disfrutaron si estadía pero por lo menos yo decidi no entrar a la piscina.

Booked online through expedia and the hotel said they didn't know that I booked a larger dbl queen suite with a walk-in shower. Had to come back to front dest to get the right room after showing them the confirmation had walk in shower on it. They said they were unaware of what I booked. Suite still felt like the smaller sq ft version. There was no description on my confirmation stating I booked the larger suite. The pool is a great area for kids!

Kids love this place!!

As always kids had a blast! Just very very disappointed that we started our stay this time with a bed covered in urine… I understand things get hectic when it’s busy but as another fully paid customer not looking for anything free nor did I ask for anything but a clean bed maybe when bedding is out we should assume the bed may be dirty let’s pull it open and inspect…. Just a thought also I would like to mention I was very calm and polite about the situation because it’s for the kids but maybe staff should think to maybe try apologizing at-least on behalf of the company glad the maintenance took his job serious and handled the situation very professionally and solved the pee bed problem.
