The room was lovely, very clean. Bed was very comfy, pillows perfect. We enjoyed our many relaxing dips in the pool and ate a couple times from the pool food source. Great food, great service. The staff all around were very friendly.

The pool in very bad shape but will be closing for repair. Happy with the room this time. Nice view. No insect spray. Close to the desk. Tell me why every time I book a room through Expedia I have to get a new credit card.

Parking was easy, the entrance is nice. The room was so so. There was a dead bug in the bed, I'm guessing it hadn't been used a while. The general upkeep of the hotel was not great. The pool area needs some major maintenance. Everything was clean but also needs major repairs.

Terrible experience in their restaurant and waited way too long for food. Suggestion: find Peppertree Restaurant in Watrous which is a short drive. Worth it for choice and service and quality; everything a restaurant should be. Staying here was a great pool/spa experience but they don’t have a lot of choices for restaurants.

This is a wonderful facility, very relaxing... all staff welcome you and work to ensure your stay is the best. From the robes in your room to the spin dryer for your bathing suit. This was my first time, and I'm definitely going back!

Pool was a little warmer than I remember from last time. Could only stay in warmer side for a short time. Dinner at water’s edge was excellent. The severs worked very hard to provide good service
