Asked for a security deposit on check in, as I stay in many hotels around the country this was a first for me, especially as I had 2 rooms booked at £50 per room and it isn’t clear when booking that this was payable. Upon checking out advised up to 3 days, then after a phone call with my back advising no cancellation had been processed, I called up, very rude, unable to provide proof of cancellation of holding deposit (which they should be able to) and the manager refused to help be saying it can take 14 days. Called BW directly and they advised that it may carry the BW name, it is independently ran and can do what they want. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS, WISH I PAID THE EXTRA AND STAYED AT THE HILTON
