The Watford proved immaculately clean. All the staff were super helpful and polite. The towels were fluffy and smelled wonderful. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. I was not a fan of the plastic-lines chafing dishes for hot food and chose to avoid those - a personal preference. The self-made pancakes and waffles were delicious and there were plenty of cold items to choose from. The dining area was very well attended and spotlessly clean. I would absolutely stay here again if I were in the area and highly recommend.
