This was our first visit to Waterton. Everything about the hotel was very good: clean, well appointed room (mostly) and excellent location. The staff member at the front desk upon arrival was not particularly friendly or welcoming which created a poor first impression. The room had only 1 washcloth and instead of creamers, Coffeemate was provided with the coffee service. A hotel of this calibre can do better. Overall it was a nice stay and we enjoyed meeting Laneal who was at the desk upon departure.

Beautiful location with a great view of the lake. We had a nice, large clean room with access to the lake. It was a short walk to town. Nice little pub with great tasting food.

Enjoyed our stay. With it being out of season when we were there, and with everything else not being open at that time, it would have been nice if the Kilmorey offered a specialty coffee. The tea offered in the rooms was not enjoyable. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have slept in!
