We booked the room with the jacuzzi tub. We weren't planning on using it thankfully because when we checked in it was disgustingly dirty with a layer of dirt and scum on the bottom especially around the drain. The bathroom was also not clean. Hair and dirt in the corners of the floor and the shower. Staff was very friendly.

Friendly staff at front desk. We’ll set up, large room with good size fridge and a microwave. Nice to have a bath. A little noisy due to location beside the highway, but also convenient.

Rooms are in pretty good shape and quite large, but thin walls. Lighting is terrible, particularly near sink. Exterior around hotel could use a little sprucing up. Staff were friendly and check in was quick.

One night stay on a road trip. Clean, friendly staff, easy check-in plenty of parking. Older motel just off the main highway with a lot of work trucks, but I would stay there again if I needed to and that is as good a recommendation as anyone can give for a hotel, I think.

Cassie was incredible. I've had a horrendous couple of months and really needed a night away. I signed in with shaking hands and anxious babbling. She responded with patience, kindness, understanding and offered me a cookie. My room was lovely. It was very clean and had everything I needed. The parking spot was right outside my room. The housekeeper was outside but didn’t interrupt me while I was preparing to leave. She gave me time to pack up and check to ensure I was leaving with everything I came with. The customer service couldn't have been better. I stay here every year and they always seem happy and grateful to see the massive group of us (our sports group usually books most of the hotel) despite the fact some of us are not

Review of Room 103 at BCMInns in Coleman BC.

Very clean and well maintained. The bar soap was too cheap - difficult to lather. The sink did not drain well. The toilet was a good size, and there was a good grab bar. I did not use the bath.
