Nice place, but not much to do in the area as it was connected to the convention center where nothing was going on. Walking distance to Dan Gable Museum. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. It was nice and quiet until some very loud people moved in next door. We called the front desk and they handled it immediately with no problems after. Good breakfast. Pay parking in parking garage across the street.

I will probably be back. It's a nice place and the staff was great. But, they no longer offer the airport shuttle ( which was the main reason I selected this hotel for my stay in Waterloo) that caused some stress but, thankfully I was able to work out another mide of transportation.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. The hotel invoice was $50 less than what Expedia charged me. Contacted Expedia and was told I was SOL Room rate dropped but they wouldn’t honor the new price. Very disappointing!
