This unit is a Barn Conversion and is a casita next to the owners primary home but has a private yard - completely separate entrance with the yard between the two buildings.
The owner does live next door (this is a casita) but wants to let guests have all the privacy they want.
Located in historic downtown Washington City, a bedroom community of St George, your are in walking distance to the post office, parks, food truck park & Donutville Donut shop!
This is a two story barn. The main level is a full kitchen with great room. The is a walk in pantry as well as private washer/dryer. There is a study area (Desk) nook for when you must work. Upstairs in the loft is the bedroom with a comfortable queen bed walk in coset and bathroom with a shower.
there is ample parking, trailers are an option. We are open to pets for additional rent of $1/day.
