Clean and well-furnished getaway
We stayed 4 nights and had a positive experience with this rental. I’d recommend this to anyone who has no problem with stairs.

+ quiet neighborhood
+ fully equipped kitchen
+ digital locks and security system
+ modern walk-in shower in master
+ single car garage (great for a compact vehicle)

Excellent and comfortable stay
Four of us were in town for a long weekend and the space was perfect. Loved the layout and everything was very comfortable! The property manager was great! He made sure we had everything we needed in advance and was very responsive.
We did take Lyft/Uber for all of our activities and it was about a 20 minute ride to the National Mall, National Harbor and the Wharf.

The property owner was great. Very responsive and accommodating.
Great location if you are willing to drive to get to areas around town. Nothing to walk to if that is what you are looking for. Property worked great for a family of 5. Very clean and comfortable. Just be aware that you will be climbing stairs to get to bedrooms/common areas.
