The Space
Pewter Palace is a two-level home with generous living space across the main floor and a fully equipped basement suite. The main floor features three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a full bed, along with a comfortable living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dedicated workspace ideal for remote workers or trip planners. The basement level adds a fourth private bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and an in-unit laundry area. An additional air mattress is available in the basement for groups needing extra sleeping capacity. The home features central heating and air conditioning throughout, keeping every level comfortable year-round.
Parking
Pewter Palace includes two secured, gated off-street parking spaces at no charge, a rare and significant advantage for groups arriving by car in DC. Additional free street parking is available directly outside the property for groups bringing more than two vehicles.

Good to Know
Pewter Palace is a fully private rental; your group has exclusive access to the entire home and both parking spaces for the duration of your stay. Pets are welcome with an additional $100 fee. We are available by call or text leading up to and throughout your stay for any questions or needs. A fully refundable security hold will be authorized within 5 days of arrival and released within 48 hours of checkout inspection.
