Great stay close to DC

Great place for easy transportation to DC for sightseeing. Be aware that there are stairs to basement for pool table and second bath…and stairs to upper bath and two bedrooms. Worked fine for us and doggy …and us…loved fenced backyard! Thanks for free coffee and waffles

Adorable neighborhood, cute home, pool table!

My priorities are safety, cleanliness, and somewhere for the kids to play. This had all 3. The neighborhood is CUTE and quiet. Loved it. A 10 minute walk to a grocery store and Thai restaurant.We used Uber to get around and the metro once.The kids slept well in the bunk beds and loved the pool table downstairs. It felt roomy even though it’s a small house. The neighbors were very quiet too. This was a great choice for our trip to DC. :)

Wonderful stay in Arlington

Just back from Thanksgiving in Arlington. Truly enjoyed this sweet home and appreciated the attention to detail. Spacious and secure back yard for our dog who is used to having a similar fenced in area. Such a convenient location as well! We will absolutely be booking again!

Great Cozy Find Near DC

Very clean. Easy access. Nice backyard, deck and front porch. Quiet neighborhood. My friend and I visited for a weekend and had a lovely stay. This property was convenient to National Harbor (for a swim race), DC (for sightseeing and shopping) and walkable to Shirlington for dinner (we enjoyed Carlyle). Smaller stairs could prove difficult for some but it’s an older house and to be expected. Nice touches, relaxing.

Great location

The house is very conveniently located with off street parking. The home owner has notes around the house to help navigate which was helpful. Beds are nice and kitchen very nice as well. Only thing I’d suggest is to add TV’s in the bedrooms, we would’ve love to watched a movie from the comforts of the bed at night.
