Staff is excellent. Wonderful boutique hotel in between two metro stops/lines. Staff was great. Free drink every afternoon. Water station with cold/hot water (normal or sparkling). Would stay again.

They did not have soap. They were out of it. They indicated since we booked through a 3rd party, the provided room wasn't as good as expected. Poor room location, poor view. Parking too expensive and they also charged for parking taxes, which we never hear of. overall they said since this was booked through a 3rd party, not much options are available. Bad for Expedia, and booking through Expedia, or any 3rd party. They are saying better not to book through Expedia and call hotel directly.
