I have to say the room, as well as other parts of the hotel, was very clean. The overall accommodations were pleasant. The continental breakfast was prompt, varied and served hot. Check-in and check-out was seemless. I would definitely stay there again

The staff was courteous. The room and overall surroundings were clean, with fresh linens. The venue needs updated-elevator needs repaired, ice maker not working. Carpets and decor Dated. It was ok, not outstanding.

Room was clean. Lobby and hallways all had a pleasant ambient smell. Front desk staff was friendly but breakfast was a let down. The attendant refused to refill the pancake machine, there was no milk, and the coffee machine was empty.

Elevator bottoms hadn’t worked for a long time. Ice maker on my floor didn’t work. Signs said to use ice machine in basement but then rhe elevator bottoms didn’t work in basement. There was no way to call the elevator to the basement so I walked to the other end of the building and up the stairs. The staff used the breakfast room and shouted at each other.
