I was very upset when I checked in and paid specifically asked if Spa was working. Was told absolutely. Went down that night roped off. When I talked to manager said it just broke but would call engineer and get fixed. 4 nights later still not fixed and got nothing in return. This was the only reason I booked this hotel and was lied to at check in. So don’t believe them when you check in go see for yourself before paying.

Upon valeting my vehicle my rental car was involved in a hit and run. Valet had keys in hand and I was walking inside hotel when accident occurred. Also valet charged me for 3 nights when it should have been 2 nights. Concierge and housekeeping staff was courteous and polite.
