Receptionist on all different shifts had attitudes. I don’t know if it was because of the weather. It was so cold. The only people that was nice was the valet and the guys in the restaurant. The furniture in the room was so old and beat up. I was double charge for my stay. And who have to pay taxes on valet so I pay $55 a day for three days plus $9.80.

Staff was amazing, welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping was also super nice! I would’ve given the 5 stars if it wasn’t for the outdated room and the noise. Not sure if it’s the ventilation system or what but there’s a constant noise even when the rooms heating /ac is off. The tv was also outdated and the screen color off and not able to adjust. King size bedroom was spacious and would look amazing with some updates. Staff, continue the great work!

I requested to be notified it the pool was out of order so I could look for another hotel. We only learned the pool was out of order when we arrived at the door to the pool with our two babies all decked out in swim gear. The person at the front desk told us the pool would be operational the next morning and we were welcome to extend our stay to use it in the morning but the person manning the desk the next morning curtly informed us that was something he couldn’t allow. The suite itself was clean and spacious.
