Our room was clean and spacious, the housekeeping service was great. The blankets were rough and lighting a bit dark. There was a refrigerator and microwave which was good but no free bottles of water upon our arrival at other Hilton Hotels. That should be added especially with 100 degree temperatures!
However the amenities and day to day services were just okay. The pool was like a lap pool, not large enough for families to swim in and it was extremely hot there!!
The exercise room was small but well equipped.
Needed more updates and a direct connection to order room service, not just from the one restaurant in the hotel.
However the hotel was close enough--10-20 minutes from all the famous museums--National Mall, etc. Busy, city area, not the quietest but close to everything, Walgreens across the street and coffee shops, some good restaurants. Would stay there again as price for a double queen was decent. However nothing glamorous or extra attention to details as you get in the regular Hilton Hotels.
Everything was great. Staff was attentive and amazing. Expedia doesn’t list that there’s a $300 deposit just and FYI! If you don’t want to valet your car park at the Ritz it’s cheaper and right across the street. Everything overall was a 10/10
Hotel room was very nice, clean and spacious. Very nice. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was there is no concierge at the hotel. Important service to have for visitors.
We really liked the location of this property, but picked it based on having a valet so that parking would be handled. Unfortunately, the valet spots were already full when we arrived, so we had to figure out self-parking - something we specifically tried to avoid. If you plan to use the valet service and arrive after 6pm, maybe call to check if there is availability before arriving.
White House is 28 minute walk from this hotel and other points of interest are further. The cleaners don’t leave enough towels for registered guests— 3 instead of 4, and I had to request additional service almost every single day because of it. Vehicles are $60-70 a day valet not $50 as listed on hotel site.
