The hotel is centrally located, opposite a subway station for easy travel.
Check in was super quick with a spacious room and very comfortable bed.
Would highly recommend.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. We received a warm greeting from Chelsea as soon as we walked in the door. The in-house restaurant served delicious meals with great service too. The rooms were clean and met our expectations. We will definitely stay again.
Walks to the museums/restaurants are at a min. of 20 min. Room comfortable. Pool is very small. Maybe 10 people max? Food that is served there is mediocre. Staff very nice and accommodating. However, in the hotel lobby there is an extremely strong scent reminiscent of the Abercrombie & Fitch perfume. It is quite overpowering and would throw me into an immediate headache. This smell is throughout the lobby, the hotel hallways and stronger by the pool. Thankfully it is not in the rooms. I wished a map of DC was given out, bus tours and locations of restaurant recommendations. Do your homework and use the City Mapper app. to get around. Ubers are not quick in DC as in NY. So plan accordingly.
Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They also met the one request I had having my disabled daughter with me. Location of this property to the monuments was "reasonably" close, but very close to The White House. There's a good bit of walking from this hotel down The Capitol. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Location was excellent for us, could walk to many sights, Metro stop very close and lots of food options, little shopping but that wasn’t high on our list. I think the inside could us some update (particularly the elevators). The rooms appear to be more updated, overall would stay there again.
The hotel is in a good location and close to the M railway system. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Staff is very professional, polite, and efficient. At night many homeless people are in the area. The air freshener that they are using in the lobby is too strong. Which made it difficult for me to breath.
Excellent location, close to all major attractions and the cheesecake factory next to hotel is a must.
