Due to marketing error it was a disaster. There is no way to talk to anyone at Global and Expedia outsources so one must spend hours on phone with several people and departments with no good result. I was only there 4 nights trying to enjoy my daughter’s birthday. Parking is excessive although there is an outside parking lot across the street for one flat rate daily. It was depressing and no view from windows except brick walks or looking into other apartments. U see them and they see u

The room was great besides a few minor hiccups. The entire hotel from the doors, elevators, rooms, to stairs.. everything is accessed by the app. While this technology is great, what happens when the phone battery dies? Or someone doesn't have a smartphone? I had the charging cord, but not the wall adapter. I totally understand that's my fault, but I couldn't leave my room, get off the elevator, or go to the lobby for assistance. I couldn't contact the anyone because their numbers were in my phone. I wish there had been an option for a physical key card for the hotel. I left the room door cracked and headed to the lobby. I had to wait for someone else to unlock the elevator. The front desk staff were great and very helpful. They were able to charge my phone for a little bit. Next time I'll be sure to pack my portable charger and all pieces for charging. The bed and pillows were comfortable, clean and spacious. Well stocked kitchen and a cozy dining table for 2. Quiet, affordable and in a good location, close to restaurants or fast food. Television in the living room and another in the bedroom. To get in the shower the tub/shower combo was a bit higher than what I was used to which could be a concern for some. I enjoyed the short stay and would definitely recommend. FYI Parking is $40 a night which can get expensive quickly. Kkitchen with a small dining table. stairwell, nothing. howevet

I would personally never stay here. You are not given additional facecloths and towels because the expectation is you’ll wash them yourself but the kicker was the washer didn’t work. You’d think they would ensure everything worked before guests arrived. I’d never stay here again.

My stay there was a total disaster. It started with a room that had multiple issues. The AC made a terrible loud noise that was so extrem that our toddler woke up as soon as it kicked on. We had to turn it off to get a couple of hours of sleep. The bathroom door was pulled out off the hinges, the shower head had a life of its own and everywhere where damages and stains. This stay was only surpassed by the terrible customer service. I called about 15 times and wrote multiple emails, needless to say I never received a response.

The property is very nice. But the communication with the Global Luxury Suites was horrendous. The area outside the building is quite unsafe.

Great location with very good dining choices nearby. Two subway stations close for ease of going to and from the airports. Clean suite with amenities needed for a stay of any length. Helpful staff to help with any problems or questions. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
