Very standard for a budget hotel

This hotel (the room i was in) has no microwave or refrigerator so had to buy food every day and keep my pops in ice and there is no room service and $25.00 per day to park. this is a really good budget hotel, but I would not be choosing this hotel again.

The room was a great size and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The lobby may look worn and could benefit from fresh paint but the room was in tip top condition. Staff was friendly and helpful. Neighborhood was great and metro into DC minutes away by walking.

Had a nice four day stay split among two rooms. The second room was more updated and better amenities than the first, but perhaps they are in the process of updating all of their rooms – I don’t know. Staff was very helpful and attentive to any needs or questions I had

You pay $25 for parking just to be closed in cause the hotel doesn’t have enough parking to accommodate all the people that pay for a parking pass. You end up parking behind someone and blocking them in cause they don’t care. It would be different if parking was free but it’s crazy that they’re doing this and making you pay. Like why are you selling more parking passes than your have parking??? Make it make sense. Plus the rooms and stuff are pretty run down and small for the price you pay.

1 elevator broken down, ice machine broken down had to go 4 floors down for ice. Worst Wyndam stay we have ever had. Days Inn before was nice a few years ago. What happened? People working there except maids were not happy by their attitude. Very disappointing. Last time at Days Inn. We will have to really look at Wyndam properties now

This is the second time we stayed in this location. Staff is great. Location is very convenient. One thing that made our last stay not very good one is loud neighbors next door. They kept us up until after 12 a.m. and we went to bed at 10 p.m. I called front desk and the the front desk person said she would call them. But it didn't help. We were very tired after a long day of driving, and dealing with noisy neighbors left us even more exhausted for the nest day very important appointment. I hope there are ways that could prove to be very efficient front desk may use next time to deal with such inconsiderate guests. Thank you,

I had low expectations for this property. I selected it because of its location, which was convenient for my trip to DC. It suited my purposes. Good points beside its location: AC kept the room cool. Negatives: I read review complaints about the parking price. I wasn't bothered by the cost ($25 @ night), but be aware that the garage is small and the parking is very "tight." Also, I used the text message system to request assistance. I never rec'd a response. Suggestion: Don't tell customers that they can text message when the texts are not monitored.
