It felt unsafe and dirty. Staff were fine but someone had peed in the elevator as we were checking in. We left one night early.

The property is always well staffed, or so it seems. The property is normally clean and orderly. Sometimes there are people who are hanging around the front entrance to the facility and that’s not always a good look.

There was a smell in the room, the bathroom was outdated and didn’t look clean. The bedding was not comfortable to sleep on and they charge $25 or more for parking depending on the car size. The front desk receptionist upon arrival was not friendly and at first told us she didn’t have any rooms available since we checked in at a later time.

I was robbed. They took fifty dollars from me for parking, and the parking lot is cramped and uncomfortable. I checked out of the hotel early and didn't receive my money.

Parking on side for a fee. Bed firm but I prefer firm. EAR plugs for sleep are helpful as walls are not well insulated. soundproofed. Location good for American Univ. 1 1/2 block away there is an excellent bakery that also serves coffee, Bread Furst, but they open at 8AM.
