Check in process was easy. Location was very convenient to D.C and bordering towns. Parking was a whopping $49 which was higher than a few other locations we looked at. In nice weather it is walkable to shops and restaurants.

Not applicable. The shuttle hours didn’t work for us- we had to leave at 4:30 am. We were surprised to find there was an extra fee of $35 to park our car, especially since we were there for less than 8 hours. Unhappy about that

Advertise was tricky. Every hotel in this area shows clearly advertising without any hidden charge. Other hotels advertise with parking fee applying while this hotel said “Self parking available “, but charge 45 a night at the front desk. This is cheat. This tricky made the customers in to traps and customers decided quickly without considering the other hotel.

The staff was so bad , all I wanted was a cup of coffee and I got such a mean angry attitude from a front desk person named Omar. Also the maintenance person was looking at me as if he was going to get violent toward me . I asked why he was looking at me and Omar became verbally aggressive with me . I was afraid to stay so I checked out at once with a very kind front desk woman . I will demand a full refund from either Orbitz or courtyard as I had to pay for another hotel also a Marriott in Herndon va. I stay at Marriott hotels frequently and was always treated like I should be .
