Hotel was relatively quiet and in an easy to get to area. Jasmine was the kindest and friendliest nighttime front desk staff member I have ever met. My cousin and I saw her at all hours of the night and she was still super upbeat and nice. Having staff like her to greet you at midnight is a real pick me up after a long flight. The room was clean and the shampoo and body wash smelled nice and was calming. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

The hotel is sort of outdated and our shower wasn’t the best. With that said, everything else is great. The shuffle to the airport is a nice amenity, and they even offered shuffles to the Marine Corps Marathon, which was amazing. Also, Jackie in the front desk is one of the best person I’ve ever met. Such an angel, so kind and ready to help us. Always bringing a smile with her. That itself makes me give this place a 5-star. Excited to stay there for the 51° MCM next year. (but please replace the showers)

Facility in poor condition. Air conditioning was very loud and control was broken. Plumbing in bathroom was rusty. Shower only had half the water coming out, as tub spout control did not work properly. Water drained slowly so I was standing in 2” of water while I was showering. Very disappointing

Friendly staff. Bistro menu was NOT available online ora copy left in room. I had to go downstairs in person to even SEE what I MIGHT be interested in. Happy hour ad in elevator was incomplete and misleading.
