Guest access
You will have a private access to the entire basement studio, which includes a private entrance, studio living and sleeping space, a private bathroom, a breakfast nook with a microwave, mini-fridge, and kettle, and dedicated off-street parking. You won’t need to share any spaces during your stay.
Please note: The upstairs unit is private and is not accessible during your stay. The home may occasionally have guests staying in the upstairs unit. As with most lower-level spaces, you may hear normal daytime sounds such as footsteps or movement from above.
Backyard:
The backyard is pretty large. You’re welcome to use it. It’s a peaceful space to grab some fresh air (outdoor furniture will be an option soon) the steps or grass box are the only options for sitting outside at the moment. The area is fenced 3/4 of the way around for added privacy from neighbors. The backyard is a shared space for all guests.

Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. No loud noise after 10 PM.
Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $100 per hour fee.
