Three-month rental, June, July, and August 2024. Beautifully furnished two-level, two-bedroom mid-century modern gem in lovely, centrally located Cleveland Park. Short walk to Metro, a multitude of restaurants and services, and Rock Creek Park hiking trails. Perched with views over the neighborhood. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the back look out onto covered patio and backyard with beautiful landscaping, plenty of flowers, discreet fountain, night lighting. Landscaping service included. Covered back patio has outdoor lounge chairs and table with chairs. Interior is bright and airy, with open, high-ceilinged living room/dining room/kitchen area, recessed lighting, custom couches and chairs, beautiful woodwork cabinetry, TV, art deco rugs, and sliding door to back patio. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, two ovens and microwave. Separate bright, spacious family room has pull-out sofa couch (full size), lounge chair, elliptical machine and free weights, TV, access to a second patio with potted flowers. Central AC. Bi-weekly cleaning included. Plenty of free street parking.
