About this space
Field View is located down a private driveway, with views across the fields, with its own car parking space and outdoor terrace. The chalet is very private, and not at all overlooked. Rowington is a small village with a pub/restaurant within a stones throw of the property. Nearby is the Stratford-upon-Avon Canal with many walks to a variety of great pubs and restaurants. Located conveniently for Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, NEC, and Birmingham. The property is furnished to a high standard.

The space
There is an outdoor table and chairs, with outdoor seating for enjoying the sunshine most of the day.
The living area is light, airy and spacious with smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, work/dining space and breakfast bar.

Guest access
Guests can access the space directly around the perimeter of the property.

Other things to note
There is no local village shop. The nearest shop is 2 miles away in Lapworth and provides basic essentials and newspapers. There is also an off-license and post office. The nearest supermarket is either in Warwick or Solihull.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
