Shower and toilet. A very modern newly furnished apartment. With all Sky programs, with flat screen, with a modern kitchen.
Underground parking space. A spacious sauna in the winter months. A butcher, cheese dairy and a grocery store within 250 m.
Ski and ski boot room. The start of the ski area is 168 meters
Right next door is a small sports and soccer field where you can use it for free. In the summer months you can get the Warth Lech Card for free, and you can use it with many facilities. All lanes where open in summer (Steffisalpe, Schlegelkopf, Rüfikopf) Museum the wonderful swimming pool in Lech with a children's pool, a large one for the swimmers and a slide. both pools are heated and offer a spacious lawn right next to the Lech stream.
You can also use all village buses (blue), where every hour runs between Lech - Warth - Hochtannberg Pass. The hall is 150m from the house.

Schöne Wohnung und herrliche Umgebung!

Die Wohnung in Warth hat alles, was macht braucht und ist modern und mit Einbaumöbeln ausgestattet. Die Duschköpfe sind genial - gerade nach langen Wanderungen oder Skitagen! Mit einem innenliegenden Schlafzimmer muss man umgehen können - zum schlafen alle mal gut.

Tolle Wohnung, gepflegt mit vielen Extras

Tonlage, mitten in Warth, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Tourist Information in unmittelbarer Nähe, Sessellift 5 Min. zu Fuß. Wanderrouten auch direkt vom Haus aus. 5km von Lech. Sehr netter Vermieter. Wohnung mit WLan, Sky, Tiefgaragenplatz, Skischuhtrockenraum. Neu und sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und mit Herz eingerichtet, Spiele und viele Bücher vorhanden, Sehr viele Gläser, Geschirr, Besteck und Geräte (Eierkocher, Toaster; in jedem Bad ein Fön), Detaillierte Beschreibung der Wohnung und viele Infos zur Umgebung/Aktivitäten, Karten,... Die Wohnung hat eine Terrasse mit Holzbank, von der man einen schönen Bergblick hat. Es ist auch ein Spielplatz (eingezäunt) im Sichtfeld, so dass man die Kinder im Blick hat. Die Wohnung ist trotz zentraler Lage ruhig, die Betten sind bequem... wir kommen definitiv wieder :-)

Die Wohnung in toller Lage umgeben von Bergen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung super, genau wie die geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Man kann die Umgebung super mit den Wander- und Postbus erreichen.Alles in Allem ein super Aufenthalt, gerne wieder. Aber dann nicht unbedingt über fewo-direkt buchen

Sehr schön und hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung, mit einer Flasche Wein und Schokolade zur Begrüßung vom sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Da die Wohnungen auf der Rückseite des Hauses von der Hauptstraße abgewandt liegen, ist es auch sehr ruhig. Hochwertige Küchenausstattung. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Endlich auch mal ein Badezimmer in einer FeWo, wo es genug Licht gibt! Gute Betten, reichlich Schränke und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Gute Tiefgarage. Insgesamt wirklich 5 Sterne. gerne wieder.

Super schöne Wohnung, überdurchschnittliche Ausstattung und top gepflegt. Außerdem ist die Warth- Karte inklusive. Netter Vermieter. Sehr Empfehlenswert.
