Positive aspects: Communication with the host for check-in and check-out was good, responsive. The apartment location is excellent. Walking distance to many attractions and very close to public transportation (tram, Metro, and train stations). Less positive aspects: The apartment is spacious but not all the amenities are fully functioning. The bed and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. The dishwasher detergent disposal was malfunctioning, did not open automatically so had leave the flap open to ensure the tablet would actually deploy so that the dishes were cleaned properly. We found a previous partly melted capsule still stuck in the dispenser. For the two of us we were given one small bath towel each and one hand towel for both of us for the entire week. There was a washing machine but no drier so washing our towel was not an option as they would not have air dried fast enough during the day for us to use. There is no coffee maker just a kettle and instant coffee packets, tea bags and sugar. But there are cafes, restaurants, bakeries and grocery store just steps away. It was a little noisy from the courtyard and you could also hear footsteps of the person from the floor above.
