They made me wait when I showed up 20 minutes early which is fine except that nobody else was there to check in they could have switched my room with someone else who hadn't checked in yet So then 10 minutes after checkin my room still wasn't ready They switched me to another room which they could've done previously and saved everyone the inconvenience They did give me the option of charging me for 20 minutes wait for an early check in which I thought was ridiculous The business computer didn't work and nobody could seem to figure it out My bed every time I moved you could hear the plywood underneath moving around I have stayed in many hotels and I normally never complain but I thought that was really rude that they couldn't just get in the computer and switch me to another room that was ready and not charge me for a 20 minute early Check-in I can see 2 or 3 hour early Check-in but this was 20 minutes and then I ended up having to wait because my room wasn't ready and then they switched me to another room anyway so it just seemed like somebody didn't want to take 60 seconds of effort to help me out

So..so...

I stay in motels 20 times a yr. This is the first that wouldn't even let me in 15 minutes early .The room was "gently " cleaned .found bits of papet on the floor sn the cover for a razor left on the sink.

the property seem to be well kept up but one of the rooms that we had had some brown stuff on the wall in the bathroom. I don’t know what it was. I don’t even know where it came from and the tub inside of it was very, very dirty and the towels and washcloths were dingy they weren’t dirty. They were washed, but they were dingy. I think they need to use bleach or it’s time for new towels.
