Central location with some hidden information

I found it a bit strange to find out that the actual address of the location I had booked on hotels.com was not the one that was advertised on hotels.com. Also the key needed to be picked up again at another location, also something i found out later. The location itself was very central, clean but a bit run down. Net-Net, if you can be more transparent upfront on the location, where to pick up the key, i guess guests might not be surprised - and more willingly book your apartment. I would book it again, but I can see that others might not want to bother going out of their way, if they knew.

Loft on the ground floor!

So I booked the Loft apartment and I was very excited about staying there.. however.. 1. On the map on the advert the address was showing differently. On the map it shows opposite the train station - and that's why I booked it as I wanted to be very close to the central train station. Sadly, the apartment is really located somewhere else - over 20 min walk from the station 2) I booked the apartment close to the train station so I don't have to travel around Warsaw - sadly, they don't deliver the keys to the apartment and you need to go to their office which is far from the actual apartment 3) when I got to the office the person there told me that the booking wasn't paid - but it was and I had a booking confirmation to prove that 4) when I got into the apartment I found out that it is actually on the ground floor! Seriously, why would you call a ground floor apartment the Loft. It's kind of misleading. 5) the shower is in the bedroom and the toilet is hard to find as it's basically in a cupboard.. and there is no door handle.. The flat is decorated nicely but I think for the money the charge for it they should deliver they keys and have their paperwork sorted for everyone's arrival.

The bad deal of the staff does not return the additional charge for receiving diposit at the time of evacuation. The depot was good, but the service and services were at zero.

No me entregaron el departamento que me habían ofrecido (no es el de la foto el cual es muy diferente), hubo una equivocación en las indicaciones del departamento que nos asignaron, tuve que pagar deposito, al departamento le falta mantenimiento ( la caja de seguridad de la llave ya no funcionó y el departamento es muy rustico

Katastrofbokning!

Vi kunde inte bo i lägenheten. Det fanns inga lakan eller täcken. Vi bokade för fem personer men fanns bara plats för fyra. Ingen svarade i telefon när vi försökte nå fom ang detta. När vi mailade problemet och att vi vill att de ringer så fick vi till svar att vi skall kolla i garderober och i soffan efter det vi letade efter. Det hade vi redan gjort. Ingen respons efter det. Vi blev tvungna att boka nytt boende. Soffan var fruktansvärt äcklig!! Transfern till flygplatsen som vi betalt för kom inte. Vi hade även checkat av om de kunde komma till vårt nya hotell och det skulle inte vara några problem. Mailade om det, har ännu inte fått respons på det. Boka aldrig här!

Manglende checkin, men fantastisk lejlighed!

Vi ankom sent fredag og havde informeret om dette på forhånd. Der var ingen til at tage imod os, så vi måtte booke et andet hotel den første nat. Servicen næste dag var rigtig dårlig, og de beskyldte os for ikke at tage telefonen, hvilket var direkte løgn. Ærgerlig start for lejligheden og beliggenheden var super. Men tror ikke vi bestiller igen pga. den dårlige service. Og manageren har aldrig vendt retur på vores klage, da han selvfølgelig ikke var der under vores ophold. Så meget blandet oplevelse. Men Warszawa var skøn og det var lejligheden også. P&O apartments kan dog ikke anbefales

Apartment well located but in very poor condition

The apartment is spacious and well located in Cetrum but needs an improvement in maintenance due to use. The first day when we entered the apartment there was a strong smell of Chinese food throughout the house. It came from some other apartment in the portal. We had to ventilate the whole house and put air fresheners.

Stilig leilighet, bra pris men elendig service

Bra beliggenhet, men vi opplevde at sovesofaen var ødelagt og hadde en blodflekk midt i sovemadrassen. Ringte de om dette og de sendte kun en for å vaske bort flekken. Dårlig service. Leiligheten i seg selv var veldig moderne og flott, men resepsjonsdamene på tlf var veldig lite serviceminded. Prisen er veldig bra for standarden.
