The Space:

This atmospheric, finished and equipped to a higher standard apartment with high ceilings and unique interior has everything necessary, for a short or long stay. The apartment has an area of 40 m² and can accommodate 6 people. It will be an ideal choice for a trip with friends or family. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony. The decor of the apartment combines elements of modernity, intertwined with the extraordinary story that this unique building tells. Bright colors, wooden elements and atmospheric bricks on the walls will allow our guests to feel special and fully relax. The whole is complemented by perfectly selected decorative elements. In the living room with a kitchenette there is a TV with SmartTV function, a table with chairs, as well as full equipment necessary for preparing meals. Each of the bedrooms has a double double bed. A desk with a chair and WIFI network are also available in the apartment, for guests, working remotely. The cozy and bright bathroom has a shower, towels and free toiletries. There is also a balcony with garden furniture where guests can enjoy a cup of morning coffee or tea.

A private, covered parking space is available in the building's inner courtyard, where you enter through a remote-opening gate.

The Neighborhood:

Exceptional, new, stylish apartment is located in Pruszkow - a city located along the western edge of the Warsaw agglomeration.

The atmospheric, high-ceilinged, comfortably furnished apartment is located in a historic, restored building from the 1930s, listed in the register of monuments. It is located in the center of Pruszkow and at the same time away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which guarantees a peaceful and comfortable stay. The apartment is located on the second floor, right next to Tadeusz Kosciuszko Park. All windows and balcony overlook the park.

Only 200 meters from the apartment is the historic Palace from the 19th century, the park's brine graduation tower, as well as a modern, wonderful playground and city library. On the other side of the park there is an ice cream parlor, summer restaurants, sun loungers. It takes about a 7-minute walk to reach Potulicki Park, with its beautiful ponds and recreational areas and a wide range of facilities (including canoe and pedal boat rentals, bicycle paths, running trails, the Utrata River). Next to the park, in the manor outbuilding, there is an interesting Museum of Ancient Mazovian Metallurgy, whose orangery additionally hosts musical concerts.

In addition, for sports enthusiasts, there is a Total Fitness gym and Street Workout Park at another Anielin Park, about 700 m from the apartment, and about 2 km from the apartment house is the Culture and Sports Center, where there are climbing walls, tennis, ice rink, etc., and additionally a cinema and theater. Right next to it is the Znicz Pruszków Sports Club (where Robert Lewandowski played) with a number of other sports attractions.

300 meters from the apartment house is the cult store Merfolk, where you can rent and play board games, strategy games and collectible card games.

The nearest train station Pruszków (SKM and Mazovian Railways) is a 5-minute walk away!
