Stayed in deluxe suite very clean and smelt lovely air con fan kept me awake all night as it’s noisy even when turned off constant humming don’t think room was soundproof as I could hear my tv outside the room but nice place great location

Another lovely stay here, rooms are stylish and very clean, check in process is great and the surrounding area is lovely with lots of nice bars and restaurants. A wonderful place to stay in the centre - just one small niggle is that we both found that the pillows were too hard, so maybe a choice of a hard and soft pillow would be better, irrespectively, we will definately stay again.

Room was a good size with adequate amenities. The first night I was in the middle of a light show as the emergency sensor light was so bright and green it lit the whole room up. This was reported an addressed effectively so I was really looking forward to a good second night. This wasn't to be as several other guests seemed to be having a loud and long domestic conflict outside our room. It didn't feel safe to intervene so I tried the contact number of the hotel - no one answered. I was left feeling very vulnerable. Unmanned hotels are all well and good when there are not situations like this.

Clean room (7) with plenty of space and a small kitchenette. Bed was fine but too much noise and light from electrical equipment made sleep difficult. Too many key code entry doors. I understand the need for security when there is no reception, but it is a pain
