Room was a good size with adequate amenities. The first night I was in the middle of a light show as the emergency sensor light was so bright and green it lit the whole room up. This was reported an addressed effectively so I was really looking forward to a good second night. This wasn't to be as several other guests seemed to be having a loud and long domestic conflict outside our room. It didn't feel safe to intervene so I tried the contact number of the hotel - no one answered. I was left feeling very vulnerable. Unmanned hotels are all well and good when there are not situations like this.

Clean room (7) with plenty of space and a small kitchenette. Bed was fine but too much noise and light from electrical equipment made sleep difficult. Too many key code entry doors. I understand the need for security when there is no reception, but it is a pain

The check-in process was a bit tedious, but the rest of the communication was electronic and easy to manage The room was clean Could not find the switches to some of the lights next to the bed

Car parking 5 min walk away on museum street. Hotel was perfect for what I needed however the only two issues is the heating did not work (and I was only staying for one night) and awful boiler noise all night in Room 4. Thankfully I had ear plugs. Overall lovely room however not for those who suffer from insomnia

In Warrington for the Hacienda Leftfield/Orbital event bat Walton Hall, and this seemed the best option in terms of location. The pre-booking notifications and pin entry confirmation were well communicated. We were fortunate to park very close by on street parking near the square for just over £5 per 24 hour period and there are various parking options within walking distance. A good selection of what appeared to be the nicer restaurants (Spanish tapas / Italian) and cocktail bars in the area, which we used on the 1st night. The town centre is nearby, with a few bars and coffee/breakfast The room was spacious and clean, with coffee and tea available. The bathroom was a decent size, with a warm shower. No issues, and served its purpose for what we wanted. In the unlikely event we are in the area again, we would consider staying here again.

Great place to stay with few cautions!

Great hotel space very nice and clean. We were just al unaware of no elevator and we had massive 50lb luggage to take to the 3rd floor. We also didn’t realize we were pre assigned rooms and needed a special code to get in and out. I didn’t think to check my email after a 25 hour travel for a specific check in - maybe it should be a text message.

Great location between the town centre and train station. There is no reception desk, so be sure to have the code to gain entry to the building and your room. Having to enter the same code 4 times was annoying, and a bit difficult at night in low light, but the keyless system works. I was lucky to have a corner suite and found it very comfortable and clean. The toiletries were also nice. If I were to return to Warrington again, I would like to stay there again.

Hotel was lovely, easy to access with the keypad. The bed was really comfortable The room is advertised with air conditioning, which it does have but would not work. The room was uncomfortably hot, we were advised this could not be fixed and we could have a fan. I was very dissapointed as this was a selling point for us.
