Easy and secure (free overnight) parking although I think it’s free over the weekends only. Room/bathroom clean and well presented with basics all included. Didn’t stay for breakfast but seeing how full it was I’d bet it was good.

New hotel, everything works and it's clean and tidy. Great location for a weekend in Manchester, 20 minute drive from tram (Timperley or Navigation Rd) and then a few stops to Old Trafford and Piccadilly. Parking at the weekend is free, just register Reg on tablet in reception. Will be staying again.

Excellent value for money

Really satisfied with my stay, good breakfast and excellent price. My one observation is the staff just wear what they want; hipster trousers, hoodies and leggings with socks pullled up - typical Gen Z wear; be easy to identify staff or improve the corporate image by having some uniform regulations

Staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. We were staying overnight before the Trafford 10k and Meg on Reception helped us get ice for my daughter’s bruised calf muscle. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Great customer service.

B & b hotel warrington awesome

Lovely room in fact best we.ve stayed in so far. Walk.n shower was amazing . Easy to get to location ..great for a quiet night with the wife or staying over for the attractions of warrington Didnt eat. Bar prices a bit steep and fact they only acceptes card payment
