We stayed in the king suit with a balcony. First off the balcony over looks the pool area not outside so be carful of that. Also our room was advertised with a sofa sleeper bed, the lady up front said they had been ordered but haven’t arrived yet, I feel like they should not be advertising for something they do not have in yet. Also there was 2 different kids birthday party’s happening down at the pool so having a balcony right to that area is was very loud. The room was very large which was perfect. The King bed fit all 3 of us in so that was a bonus with no sleeper sofa. The staff was super friendly & very helpful.

The staff was mean and rude I have 5 kids all underage and they were mean to my kids telling them they couldn’t not jump in the pool because I had to many people I had to buy another room because they kept saying there was to many of us and I didn’t want my older kids to sleep alone in the other room . I planed to just buy 2nd room and still just share the one room with my kids but they said we had to use it if I paid for the room wouldn’t give me refund so I could go find a different hotel that would allow me and 5 kids in a room

We booked based on the hotel having a hot tub & hot breakfast. We were informed they haven’t had a hot tub for years & it was mentioned the person in charge of removing the hot tub photos has been told several times & he declines to remove it. So it’s time to update this info!!!!! Our stay was otherwise uneventful & the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was good! We like the single shampoo bottles in the shower vs the tiny little bottles. Thank you for a nice stay!
