We were welcomed by a very warm team. They were very helpful. The suite was clean and to our surprise our balcony faced magic kingdom. The hotel was very kid friendly. A perfect place to stay if you’re going to Magic kingdom with a toddler and a baby. We walked there and back.

The only complaint was check-in. Check-in time is 3pm. I checked in on-line early (7am) and went to Epcot. Came back and verified in person around 1pm.
