Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Couple issues stood out - insufficient and inconvenient parking (21 spots is not enough for a hotel that big right off the autobahn) and a strangely bulky physical key.

Booked a room for a child and 2 adults- check-in we find out there is only 1 large bed no kid bed. Theu let us know that all rooms with 3 beds /couch are taken and rolling beds also in use. We asked if we could get the money back, he said only one room (we had booked 2 rooms for our extended family) could be reimbursed.

For Canadians who travel in Europe it is a surprise that hotels do not offer included parking and breakfast and often no coffee makers in the rooms. However, this one had a nice buffet breakfast for just 10 Euro. Also, Lidl, an affordable grocery store is just 5 min walk under highway. Nice restaurant in the lobby.

Nice hotel

The room was spacious for a family, quiet and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The food for dinner was a help yourself buffet which was really nice as was the breakfast - both had plenty of choice. It was nice to be so close to the River Moselle for an evening stroll. We would stay here again.
