About this property
Characteristic 18th-century apartment, hiking groups, families
Historic 18th-century cottage in the medieval town center “Staedli” of Waldenburg. Stay in the midst of living history, with a rare 600-year-old medieval stone wall embedded in the rear of the house. Waldenburg dates back to the early 15th century and is crowned by castle ruins on a hill offering sweeping views of the Jura Mountains. Ideal for hikers, nature lovers, photographers, and artists. In the summer of 2026, the town will become the “Ville des Arts” with around 40 sculptures, transforming every walk into an open-air gallery.
